Ben and his team hit it out of the ballpark with our sale! They managed ALL the prep work (paint, landscaping, repairs, staging), communication was easy and timely, and our house went into contract in 5 DAYS, which sold for top dollar! As easy as it gets. Ben just gets it. Not much else to say but this team executed on everything they promised and very quickly. Ben is as professional and hard working as they get. This team works hard and no corners cut. This team was able to sell our home with just 1 open house.

I’m based in the Bay Area and In 2022, I was looking to buy my first home. Needless to say, it was an extremely overwhelming feeling. Couple that with the fact that I was uneducated on the buying process and on a time crunch as interest rates were starting to hike up. The stress level was a definite 10/10.

I met Pao through an old friend and I’ll be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical. I originally wanted someone with 20+ years of experience for obvious reasons but Pao completely proved me wrong. He was meticulous, organized and very knowledgable. There was constant communication- video calls, texts, emails, in-person meetings. I can’t express how important this is especially for a first time buyer. It was just smooth from day 1 all the way to closing.

I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for and at my price range, the options were limited. We eventually found a newly constructed property in San Mateo, CA after about 15-20 open house viewings (Yes, I was that particular). Unfortunately, list price was way over my budget but it had everything I was looking for. I was dead set on this property and Pao could sense it but I was not paying a dollar over what I set aside for this. It wasn’t looking good but after a few weeks of negotiations, Pao came through and ended up locking in a price BELOW MY BUDGET!! Incredible.

Realtors are normally all about the commission but Pao cares about what you want and what you need. What else could you ask for? I’ve since referred him to 2 other friends and their experience was nearly identical to mine. As a bonus, it’s been a year since my sale and he still checks in. 5 stars!

Ben Paras and his team were very helpful through the process. Listened to what I needed and made looking at houses easy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you find and get what you are looking for as a buyer. His knowledge of the market really allowed him to break down things to me that was just a lot easier to understand especially as a first time home buyer.
