We understand that beginning your home search can be overwhelming. To ease that, we’ve broken down the home buying process into just a few easy steps. We’ll review this together and be here to guide you every step of the way. 1. Meet for a Buyer Consultation

Let’s get to know each other! Once you’re ready to work with our team, we’ll meet together for a buyer consultation to focus your search and determine what you want and need in a home.

2. Get Pre-qualified

Our trusted lending partners will help you determine your buying price range. This step requires some digging as you’ll typically need to provide pay stubs, W2’s and tax returns. The lender will do a full review and then tell you what you will be able to borrow in order to purchase a home. This step is critical to the home buying process as we can’t move forward with your search without it.

3. View Your Listing Collection & Plan to Tour

It’s important to know what your needs and wants are in a home. We’ll take the time to not only get to know you, but to also figure out what some of the necessities would be for your dream home! We’ll send you a personalized collection of listings that fit your criteria, schedule private showings and accompany you to open houses. We'll be there for you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have along the way.

4. Find the Perfect Home and Write an Offer

When you’ve decided on “the one,” we’ll write an offer to present to the listing agent. In the event of a counter offer, or even a rejection, we’ll be there to walk you through it and be with you for the next step. Ideally, our offer will get accepted, and then it'll be time to get your financing in order and move forward with the purchase of your new home!

5. Acceptance, Appraisal and Inspection

Once our offer is accepted, we’ll typically have a specific timeline to get the home appraised and inspected. The appraisal guarantees that the price of the property matches its condition, and the home inspection makes sure that everything in the home is functioning properly with no major issues inside.

6. Get the Keys!

The day finally comes where we close escrow and hand you the keys! All you’ll need to do is bring the down payment and paperwork you’ve collected through the transaction, and be prepared to sign a bunch of paperwork. After that, we’ll get to hand you the keys to your new home and celebrate!
