One important thing that drew us to Ben was that he was flexible to support us searching in both the Peninsula and the East Bay. While most other realtors focused on one or the other, his flexibility made it easy for us to pivot and look at a wide array of cities and neighborhoods.

With an almost 2 year old and limited childcare, we wanted to avoid open houses, and Ben and team had a 100% success rate of getting us into the houses we wanted to see through private showings that worked with our schedule. On the house tours, he was a good sounding board , provided keen insights, and became fast friends with our son.

Ben and his team are incredibly personable, efficient, knowledgeable, creative, and professional. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with them not only to sell our home, but also to purchase our new one. They did a phenomenal job staging and marketing the home we sold, resulting in a super quick and easy sale for WELL over asking price! As if that weren’t enough, Ben’s expertise was key to getting us the home of our dreams in no time! I’m talking sold our home on Monday and purchased the new one on Thursday (of the same week). Being from out of state, we were not familiar with the area. So Ben showed us around all the different area's until we both got a feel for what we liked and didn't like. Unlike other realtor's who only specialize in certain area's of the Bay, Ben knows almost all of it. And it's because he genuinely has spent a lot of time in different parts of the Bay area, so nothing was a surprise for him. He always made the time no matter where the home was, to go for a showing, or a quick walkthrough. And even if I was late (which was pretty frequent due to my job) or Ben or my fiance had another commitment, the communication was so on point, that we didn't skip a beat. Ben's patience and commitment here was amazing.

We also had not purchased a home in California before, but Ben taught us what to look out for, whether it was the micro-climates, or the traffic, or the privacy, or the fire's, or the floods, or the you name it! It didn't matter, Ben made sure that all the checks were done ahead of time, and we never felt we were in over our head, or we were possibly on the verge of making a bad decision. Even when both of us (myself, and my fiance) didn't agree on what we wanted in a home - Ben came in a provided guidance. For first time couple home-buyers Ben is comfortable even when sometimes you have to have difficult conversations in front of him.

When it came time to pick the type of home we wanted, in the area we loved, Ben was again very patient with us. He coached us on the different types of floor plans, or on the square footage limitations, possible construction in the future. And even when we were considering going for a fixer-upper Renee, also part of the team, came in a gave us an estimate on costs and time. Renee's knowledge was incredible in this area and was definitely a huge value add to Ben and our experience during this process. We definitely trained in what to look for and not look for, after spending time with Renee and Ben looking at homes.

And finally, when it was time to go get the home we fell in love with, he helped us negotiate a fair price, time to close, and guided us through the process. His contacts are plentiful, and his assessment of value is very accurate. This part of the process was again made much easier with Ben on our side.
