VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Ben and his team are incredibly personable, efficient, knowledgeable, creative, and professional. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with them not only to sell our home, but also to purchase our new one. They did a phenomenal job staging and marketing the home we sold, resulting in a super quick and easy sale for WELL over asking price! As if that weren’t enough, Ben’s expertise was key to getting us the home of our dreams in no time! I’m talking sold our home on Monday and purchased the new one on Thursday (of the same week). In this market, that’s magic!

It was truly a pleasure working with Ben! He seemlessly executed what we thought would be a daunting process. We couldn’t have imagined a smoother sale and purchase of homes. I could go on and on about how impressed we were with Ben’s work ethic, communication skills, flexibility, and results of sale/purchase, but I don’t want you to waste another second considering anyone but Ben to help you sell or buy a home. Imagine yourself making the biggest decision of your life - buying a home. If you think this is as simple as going to the grocery or buying a new car, you got it all wrong and would recommend going through this review in its entirety. The experience could have been the most stressful thing you can ever encounter, but thanks to my agent, Ben Paras, everything went smoothly.

A couple of months ago, my wife and I decided to take that big step and buy a home. We have been renting for a few years now and based on the market and some good advice from friends who tells us that we are not getting any younger, we decided to enter the housing market. We started looking at open houses and since we did not have an agent at that time, reality set in that this was more difficult than we thought it was. We got a lot of calls from agent who wanted to represent us but for some reason that call from Ben Paras was different. There was this certain calmness in his voice and nowhere in the conversation did I felt he was marketing himself to be my agent.

Ben is God-sent. He started by listening to what we were looking for, what our budget was and more concern that we buy a home that we would love and not just buy a home for the sake of buying it. He is very knowledgeable about the crazy housing market in the Bay Area that he would even make recommendation of how much we need to bid to make our offer competitive but still respecting our budget. There was no pressure to buy immediately. He will answer all your questions, get back to you when he promised he will and never leave you hanging with uncertainty. He explained every detail of the buying process from the simple signing of documents to all the contingencies and how it protects you when you’re buying a home.

When our bid got accepted, you can just imagine the mixed emotions involved. It was excitement and fear at the same time. The excitement of now going through the buying process and the fear of OMG - THIS IS IT and everything just got real. You will find yourself with tons of questions at any time of the day. As a home buyer, you don't want uncertainty and you don't want stress - those questions need to be answered ASAP. Ben understood this and empathize with us on that. Even with a wife and 2 kids, he would spend the quality time talking to you and texting you back for ANY questions you may have - EVEN IF IT'S LATE AT NIGHT. If you find yourself waking up at 10 pm at night with a question about the process and just couldn’t sleep over it - don't worry, Ben will text you back.

The day that I'm writing this review is the day that I'm meeting Ben to get the keys for our new home. I'm not going to lie and tell you it was not a stressful process. But Ben took the stress out of it. We got a home that we loved and that met all the requirements we needed and most importantly within our budget. Thanks to Ben, the dream of owning your first home is now a reality for me and my wife. And believe me, for a long time... it was just a dream especially here in the Bay Area.

Ben helped my wife and I buy our first home! We started our search about a year and a half ago with another agent, but we didn't see anything we liked after viewing multiple homes. The other agent also showed us many homes that we clearly stated was not our style. We decided to take a break from looking and save a little more money. Great thing we did! When we were finally ready to start looking for a home again, we went to Ben. Our initial meeting with Ben went well. He actually listened to what we were looking for and showed us many homes that we liked but we're not ready to commit to. After viewing multiple homes again, we fell in love with a potential home and placed a bid. We did not get it. We kept on looking and Ben continued to show us homes even with our crazy schedules. We both have young kids. After a few more weeks, we fell in love with another potential home. Again, Ben guided us through the process of purchasing a home and clearly answered all of our questions. Where do I begin Ben Paras is the best of the best in reality I never thought in having a home but with Ben assistant it was possible I was very lucky to have had him as my agent.He will have your back and will explain everything in detail for not knowing anything I learned a lot with him.
