Just had the opportunity to work with Ben in selling my 91 year old uncle’s home in South San Francisco. It was truly a positive experience. Ben was thoughtful, courteous and professional. On a scale of 1 to 10 to rate Ben I would need a bigger scale because he was way beyond a 10. Living in Seattle I thought being involved in the sale of a house in the Bay Area would be difficult and frustratingly time consuming. The idea of moving my uncle to Seattle and then having to go down and find a realtor, empty out the house and prepare it for eventual sale was daunting. My worries were completely unfounded. Ben was a calming and reassuring force who took care of everything. Other than a plane trip down to the Bay Area to bring my uncle back to Seattle I did very little else.

My uncle and I are greatly appreciative for all the wonderful work Ben did for us in selling his house. We can not recommend Ben highly enough if you are looking for a first class realty agent to sell a house. He’s absolutely the best!
