Let’s have a chat! It’s important for us to sit down and get to know each other, so we can understand what your needs are and discuss how we’ll strategize to sell your home. We’ll also take a look at the current state of your home and provide a minor home upgrade or major renovation recommendation, with the highest ROI possible in mind.
2. HOME RENOVATIONS TAKE PLACE
Once we get started on all agreed upon home renovations, we’ll have a timeline plotted on the calendar. Our trusted contractors and vendors will work closely with us to keep your home on track to make all final updates before we put it on the market.

When all home renovations have been completed, our marketing team steps in! We’ll handle scheduling deep cleaning, staging and professional photography to meet the deadline for your home to hit the market. This also allows us to prepare marketing materials in advance for use across major social platforms and our specialty open houses.
4. YOUR HOME GOES ON THE MARKET & WE HOST OPEN HOUSE

The moment your home “goes live,” our marketing team launches targeted ads, our extensive networks will be notified of your home’s availability and other realtors plus all potential buyers will be invited to our specialty open house to preview the home and neighborhood.
5. REVIEW OFFERS TOGETHER
We’ll strategically plan an offer due date for your home, then sit down and review them together. We’ll walk you through each offer and answer any questions you may. We’ll also help guide you through any possible negotiations and write up a counter offer if you choose to do so.
6. CLOSE OF ESCROW
