Many of our team’s listings exhibit thoughtful property upgrades or home renovations, all of which are spearheaded by her project management and design expertise. Her extensive knowledge of interior design crosses paths with her client-centric approach as she handles both listing prep renovations and owner occupied projects. Whether you’re upgrading your current living space or preparing to sell it, she ensures beautiful results that exhibit her passion for home design. As the team’s in-house designer, her mastery in project management and branding, as well as her network of vetted and trusted vendors and contractors, allows us to provide our clients with the resources necessary to showcase their home in the real estate market with the best possible ROI taken into consideration.
Renee is a proud Bay Area native and family-oriented superwoman. Prior to joining the team to work alongside her husband, Ben, Renee started her own business R SEN Design. Her depth of experience and resources magnetize her expertise within the real estate industry, and design follows her in her daily life. She displays this within her love for architecture, fashion and especially cooking. She enjoys spending time with her kids, planning trips and forming authentic relationships with the people she encounters.
It’s been about a month since my family purchased a home with The Paras Team and reflecting on our journey, we have nothing but the highest compliments for the exceptional care, professionalism and knowledge provided by Ben, Renee, Mauricia, and the rest of The Paras Team, and certainly Aileen with Wells Fargo—connected through The Paras Team. From the very beginning, Team Lead Ben Paras was communicative, receptive, and engaged. He gave us the freedom and support to search while working together to define our ideal home. When we finally set our eyes on a place, Ben walked us through how best to approach our offer. And even when we hit a snag outside our control along the way, Ben worked closely with his financing partner at Wells Fargo to help us close on time. Even now, post-buying, Ben remains available if we need him (and we’ve certainly called and he answered kindly). The home buying process can be stressful but with Ben’s guidance, our overall experience was fun, educational, and rewarding. Who you work with truly matters, as Ben would say, and my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better dream team to complete our first home purchase with.
We chose to work with the Paras Team because we knew their reach was broad and extensive. Within a month, we signed an agreement to work together, completed minor repairs, listed, did a weekend showing, got an offer, and completed all requirements to finish the transaction. From the staging, to the video of the property, to the photographs in the listing; there is no doubt the culmination of the Paras’ Team thorough work led to a successful sale.
