going further with all remodel
Left to us in its original condition, we were entrusted with maximizing the value of this home. Here’s how we did it…
1. Gutting The Kitchen
The home’s kitchen was by far the biggest project of the entire remodel. With the need to open up the space and replace everything, we gave it a fresh start by “gutting” it entirely.
2. Bright & Brand New
From top to bottom, we transformed the kitchen into a brand new, entertainment-friendly heart of the home. All new floors, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, light fixtures, and a large island brought this space back to life, and left plenty of room for the option to eat-in.
3. Out witht the old living room
Despite being perfectly situated to receive natural sunlight, the living room was dark and enclosed in the home. The solution? Reconstruct the space to amplify its location within the home – facing the sun that comes in through the backyard.
4. In with the new open space
The transformation was almost unrecognizable. A more open floor plan with brand new hardwood floors, new modern French doors that open to the backyard, fresh paint and an update to the original fireplace made the space more inviting to the ample lighting.
5. Bringing light to the bathroom
This primary bathroom was in its original condition and, just like much of the home, was missing out on all the potential space and natural lighting. We completely remodeled it to not only modernize the feel, but maximize the space and light. All new curbless shower with designer finishes, double sinks and vanities, new paint and new tiles gave this bathroom a whole new look.
