Maximized Through Marketing
This unique gem of a home was beautifully maintained by its previous owners. When it came time to sell it, we made the most thoughtful updates and strategically marketed it to showcase its value. Here’s how we did it…
1. OVER THE YEARS
This incredibly unique home was remodeled and well maintained throughout the years. Our in-house design and build team had previously executed full remodels in the kitchen and primary bathroom, added the second upstairs bathroom, refinished and updated the flooring and lighting throughout the home, and installed new windows, doors AC and furnace.
2. THOUGHTFUL TOUCH UPS
With a gently cared for home like this, we shifted from our typical remodel-centered strategy to making the most impactful minor updates. This included refreshing the home with a new interior and exterior paint job, updating the floors of the studio ADU and of course, landscaping.
3. LANDSCAPING
If a home needs nothing else, we always consider the updating or maintenance of its landscaping. It makes all the difference to a home’s exterior and adds to its curbside appeal – something often overlooked when considering the value of the home. We refreshed and updated the back and front yards of the home, bringing all the outdoor entertainment space to life.
4. MAXIMIZED MARKETING
This gorgeous home’s unparalleled character made it incomparable to any other home in the neighborhood. This meant we had to be incredibly thoughtful with our marketing strategy. We prioritized using its one-of-a-kind image to emphasize its value. Through digital lead generation, cinematic videography for social ads and editorial-style print collateral, we showcased this home like no other.
5. THE JEWEL OF JENEVEIN
Along with the visual, digital and print marketing initiatives, we hosted a special, “mega open house.” Instead of having a typical weekend of open house, we gave it a neighborhood party-feel, ensuring that the entire community could come visit the home and mingle with our team. Acknowledging the home as “The Jewel Of Jenevein Avenue” accentuated its unique value and ultimately brought us our ideal buyer.
6. HIGHLIGHTING THE LANDSCAPING
Landscaping makes all the difference to a home’s new feel. This home already had a gorgeous atrium that brought natural light into the kitchen. We maintained the tree that was previously planted, and gave it a fresh bed of soil and stone. Complementing the new exterior paint of the home, it became a beautifully sun drenched outdoor space.
